To become an authorized tourist guide, you have to register at the autonomous government of Land of Catalonia. These kinds of exams are offered frequently.
The administration issues the travel guide identification to be able to do this proficiency as an authorized travel guide of Catalonia.
Following:
- Suitable documents for the registration to the exam
- The subject of the application area helps by the exam (resolution of 29 June 1999)
- The acceptance of the title
- ( law of UE: 89/48 CEE el 92/ CEE)
When you are a travel guide you can also register in an international. Bureau Guide following things are required:
1) Knowledge culture of the country.
2) Representative presentation of our country, culture, history and traditions.
3) Be able to offer an excellent guide.
4) Neat look.
5) Appropriate clothes.
6) Positive attitude whit people and respect to the persons.
7) Psychological trained contact with the customer, as you say:
"the customer have right".
8) In case of extremely situations, you need to calm, even though you are nervous.
